Velveteen is a super-soft carpet characterised by its dense cut pile and smooth, refined appearance. Its delicate velour finish gently catches the light, bringing subtle depth and movement to the floor. Available in ten softly muted colours, Velveteen creates an inviting foundation for bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, stairs and landings.
Made from 100% solution-dyed polyester, Velveteen combines its exceptionally soft feel with practical stain resistance and bleach-cleanable care. Its substantial 48oz pile is suitable for heavy domestic use, while the choice of 4-metre and 5-metre widths provides greater fitting flexibility across rooms of different proportions. Measuring & Fitting
Accurate measuring is essential when ordering carpet. We recommend using our professional measuring service so that doorway positions, joins, pattern direction, stairs and any additional fitting requirements can be properly assessed.
Where fitting is required, this is carried out by experienced independent carpet fitters. Your quotation will clearly outline the carpet, underlay, accessories and any fitting arrangements.
Rooms should be cleared before fitting unless uplift, disposal or furniture-moving services have been agreed in advance.
Samples & Colour
We recommend viewing a physical sample before placing your order, as colours and textures can appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings.
Carpet samples represent the overall appearance of the range, but slight variations can occur between production and dye batches. Where carpet is being installed across connecting areas, we recommend ordering everything together to help maintain colour consistency.
Carpet Orders, Cancellations & Returns
Carpet is normally cut or ordered specifically for your room measurements. Once an order has been confirmed and the carpet has been cut or placed into production, it cannot normally be cancelled or returned because it is no longer wanted, or because the incorrect quantity, colour or specification was selected.
Please check all order details carefully before confirming your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights where carpet is faulty, damaged or not as described. Any issue should be reported to us as soon as possible and before the carpet is cut, altered or fitted wherever reasonably possible.
